Project: Pointing in Collaborative Virtual Environments

Pointing is ubiquitous and important in human communication, and should also be important in collaborative virtual environments (CVEs). However, pointing is not well supported in common CVEs, such as World of Warcraft and Second Life. In this project, we investigate how to support pointing in CVEs and how pointing can support collaboration in CVEs.
